Born and raised in Iowa, Joe attended the University of Iowa as an undergraduate. He received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

In 2018, Joe and his family moved to Solon, Iowa. In 2019, he realized his dream by opening up a private law practice. Joe has been told he's "easy to talk with" and strives to provide a relaxing environment when meeting with clients.
