A Trust has many advantages as compared to a Will.  Several examples of advantages that a Trust can provide are: 1) Avoiding the expensive probate process,  2) Maintaining Privacy, and 3) Administering an estate on your timeline, rather than the schedule set by the court.  Certain individuals may benefit from tax planning that is incorporated into a Trust.
